These are some of the best and biggest around! Chef Alessandra brines these hormone and antibiotic free chicken breasts in
buttermilk and love then breads them in her extra crispy breading of panko, flour, and semolina and fries them to perfection. Because of the
special breading, they reheat and stay nice and crispy for when you are ready to build your sandwich. Served on the side are your special toppings
of roasted cherry tomato remoulade and a cajun slaw. Oh, did I mention the homemade pickle slices?!!

FAROE ISLAND SALMON WITH BLOOD ORANGE SAUCE
This farm raised salmon is rated one of the best around and is one of my favorite to get this time of year. It gets a nice little salt and blood orange
